Shipping Information
- All US orders under $400 USD are paid by the customer, and shipped via 1-to-5 day shipping and include tracking; unless the customer chooses to pay for addition shipping to require a signature upon delivery or faster shipping.

- Every order will receive a USPS tracking number once the order is processed and the label is created.
- If no one is present at the address to sign for a delivery that requires a signature upon delivery, USPS will not deliver the package.
- If the customer misses the attempted delivery of their package, it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate pickup with/at their local postal office.

- Postage options do not include order processing times. It may take up to a week, 7 days, for your order to be processed, packaged, and received by the carrier.
- Order processing times may be further delayed around national holidays, due to order volume and carrier delivery delays. We always recommend customers place their orders at least one (1) month before a national holiday.
- We place shipping labels over the lid opening of our shipping boxes. If USPS attempts to deliver a package that has clearly been tampered with (shipping label is ripped, box has a hole in it, etc.) do not accept the package! Do not sign for the package and have USPS hold the package and return it to us, as we will verify if the contents are missing and file a USPS loss claim. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes are not eligible for shipping. The shipping address must be a valid residence shipping address within the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Washington D.C.
- We currently cannot ship outside of the United States (meaning the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Washington D.C.).
- We are not responsible for packages that experience delayed, slow, or “late” delivery. USPS is responsible for fulfilling their stated delivery times. Timio has no control over USPS delivery speed and is not responsible for USPS delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Claims
- We are not responsible for replacing products that are marked as delivered. All Timio packages over $400 require a signature upon delivery, purchases under $400 have the option for customers to add a signature requirement to delivery; and USPS sends us a proof of delivery, noting who signed for the item.
- If a customer's package is listed as delivered but they did not receive it, please immediately email us at support@timio24k.com so that we can check who signed for the order and we will provide additional information for the customer to file a USPS claim. The time window is limited on when they can file a claim for a missing package, so contact us and USPS immediately.
- USPS tracking does not always get updated in real time, hence why an order may appear to be stuck in a particular stage. Once the package is with USPS, we have no control over or access to the package and we have no visibility to or ability to update the package’s status.
- If a customer's package's tracking status appears to be stuck in the same stage for 48 hours, please contact us immediately at support@timio24k.com.
Final Sale Items
- Items labeled “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
- “Final Sale” items are limited quantity and we do not have reserved inventory to replace lost packages or damaged items.
- If a “Final Sale” item a customer ordered arrives in undamaged packaging but the item inside is damaged, please contact support@timio24k.com within 3 days of receiving the item and we will work with them on resolving the issue.
- Adding an item to the cart does not guarantee a purchase. Inventory is updated throughout the checkout process and if an item sells out before a customer's order is completed, the cart will update by removing the sold-out item. This is true for Final Sale and regular inventory items alike.
