Repair services of Timio products includes: repair of the piece, tracked and insured shipping (signature confirmation required at delivery), cleaning cloth, Timio jewelry travel pouch, and complimentary cleaning service.

Repair Service Cost

Depending on the severity of the repair needed, the cost of repairs can vary greatly. You may also request repair for multiple pieces. We will specify the cost of repair based on your situation once you contact us with details and photos.

Additional Considerations

Note that this service is only available for Timio products. We do not intake, clean, or repair jewelry from/made by outside brands or stores.

Repair service requests are still subject to potential waitlisting based on the workshop’s schedule.
